1. Permitted use
You may use Tek Def for lawful scientific research, literature review, education, R&D, journalism and other professional analytical work.
2. Prohibited content and behaviour
- Illegal activity, including infringement of intellectual-property rights.
- Uploading malware, exploit code, or attempting to attack, probe or reverse-engineer the platform.
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, or content that sexualises minors.
- Generating disinformation, deceptive medical/legal/financial advice presented as authoritative, or content designed to defraud.
- Automating account creation, sharing accounts, or reselling access without a written agreement.
- Circumventing credit accounting, rate limits or authentication.
3. Data you upload
You represent that you have the right to upload the content you submit for analysis and that doing so does not breach any confidentiality obligation, license or law (including data-protection law for personal data).
4. Sensitive personal data
Do not upload health, biometric, financial or other sensitive personal data unless you have a lawful basis and a data-processing agreement in place with Tek Def.
5. Model outputs
AI outputs may contain errors and must be independently verified before publication, clinical decisions, patent filings or other high-stakes use. Do not represent AI outputs as peer-reviewed conclusions.
6. Reporting abuse
To report a violation of this AUP, email [email protected]. Provide as much detail as possible so we can investigate.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, throttle or suspend accounts, and cooperate with law-enforcement authorities where required. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent termination without refund.
8. Changes
We may update this AUP as new threats or use-cases emerge. Continued use of Tek Def after an update means you accept the revised AUP.
